I have a plan to help improve the game, I need a site built. There is no money to be gained by myself or you by doing this but if you love the game and want to see it grow then contact me. I will pay for the hosting and whatnot so nothing out of your pocket besides your time. If someone commits I will lay out the details, I assure you if you love pool and want to see it prosper you will be on board with it. There will be a ton of stuff to be done on my end when the site is completed. Thanks for looking.

Be carefull. There is lot of deceit / fraud, greediness, incompetence,bullying, in the IT industry. Don`t put yourself in a situation that makes the programmer feels that your balls are in his hand. Some businessmen are begining to learn about what I am saying. Good Luck!
 
Vagabond is right (and a nice guy IRL) make sure you register your own domain and control hosting. And if you need advice or don't get any super pro web developers offering to help pm me I could help out.

I can do content writing if you need it. I'm not a programmer, but I can spew a ton of words that are at the very least in the proper order and spelled correctly. I am pretty IT savvy, but never put together a real live slick as a button site. I'm unemployed right now, so I'm either online looking for a job, on this site or playing pool.

I don't know what your idea is but have you looked into tools that let you create your own website without any programming ? Like :- http://www.wix.com/ ?

he & Vagabond are right.
i don't know much about it, but i do know that 2 of my biggest Etailers got screwed to the wall & had to GOB because they didn't register their website(s) appropriately. when it came down to payment for services (and new increases), my accts learned the unfortunate awakening.
