Hi,

I am posting this for a friend who does not have access to the forum. He is looking for an Andy Gilbert J/B, woods and weights do not matter at this point. Preferably mint or close to mint only please.

Let me know if any of you have one / some for sale.

thanks!

I have one of mine for sale. Solid grey stained handle, with stained brown BEM forearm. $275. It's brand new, unchalked. Just finished it the other day.

I will be perfectly honest with you. I have broke with just about every jump/break cue that has ever been made, and JW's jump/break cues rank right up up there with the best of them. I recently got a batch from him and asked him to put the hard leather tips on them (IPT legal, too) instead of phenolic. The things break a ton (with english), and on a jump, you can easily draw back for position. They jump effortlessly, and they look fantastic!!

Dear Bamacues and JWPetree,

Thanks for the info on the Petree J/B. My friend however, is looking for a Gilbert J/B to play with, not really to break with. He is also looking for a hit like the Gilbert.

Appreciate it,
ray
