Anyone in the King of Prussia area know of a cheap hotel? Found 1 at Derby 20 minutes from the venue for 54 bucks a night... Figure there has to be something under a hundred a night within 20 minutes. In this economy a few bucks can make the difference in whether I feel like I should or shouldn't spend my ca$h....

orbitz.com motel 6 king of prussia around 80 bucks a night for four nights.....

If you find something cheap in that area you are doing something as you know that is a very exspensive 20 mile radias, good luck to you,you have to finish top 3 in tournament just to break even if you stay all days ,what a joke!

I lived there in the 70's and it was far from an expensive area. Now, the Main Line, a bit down Route 202 (kinda) is another story. But go the other way on 202 into Norristown (Tommy Lasorda's hometown) and watch your behind! Oh man, I remember the stromboli's at Franzones in Norristown... :yeah:

I hadn't been there in forever, but I'd think you could find a place within 20 minutes for under $75. Please post up what you find so others may benefit.

Sleep Inn

We stayed at the Sleep Inn last year. It was around $80 a night and about 3 miles up the road from the convention center. Too many frosty beverages only cost a $5 bill to get back.

Homestead Suites is just down the road at 400 American Ave.

According to Google maps, there are two local buses that you can take to/from the convention center.
