The best price is to by some delrin rod and make your own. Then they will be the size you need and you can make as many as you need.

Machining delrin is real good practice.

If you can't make collets. You are not ready to work on cues. IMO

I'm not a cue maker... Have no lathe.... I just want some to keep in my case for when I need work done and they don't have any.... It's happened a couple times when traveling

That's scary. Are you using a shaft with a conical taper or something non-standard?
 
Southwest shaft.... Not sure about type of taper

If the person your bringing your cue to for repair does not have a collet that will fit your cue, I would say your bringing your cue to the wrong person,, No doubt
