I will 2nd this. If I need service again this is my go to. As for authorized Diamond mech's. The authorized people that did my table were the worst of hackers. Will gladly tell you who to avoid in Florida(by PM). The Installers motto in Florida."We'll keep coming back to the same poor job again. Our best customer is the one that has no idea what a good set up is".
Try calling or writing to Diamond for referrals. Get some names and list them here.
Not sure if Crosby installs personally anymore...would have to ask him. He does have a team.

Thanks for the referral(s). Prior to writing my forum post, I’d communicated with one group, who wrote back to me the most ridiculous statement “…
I am retired from pool and became a teacher, but my former 25 years in the pool industry made me laugh at that statement. I also cringe anytime I hear table cloth referred as felt. That always speaks volumes to me on their level of knowledge.

Did they guarantee their work? Did they promise come back again if not happy with how it was taken apart?
They probably could not get that right.
And be careful not to stare into Tony's eyes too long.
