Looking for Jff Campbell.....

BUMP, BUMP.

Jeff, you need to contact me ASAP..........seriously, sir. It's been long enough.......

Okay.....I've heard enough.

I'm gonna go ahead and use this thread to make a public notification:

Jeff Campbell ----- You have until Saturday to settle up what was agreed upon...and what is owed to me.....or I'm contacting the police.

I have heard from SEVERAL people who you've run the same excuses through...but you and I both know this situation is different, in that you already have in your possession what I am owed money for.

I took you for a nice guy, Jeff...and one worthy of trust. You have proven over the last 5 weeks that I was wrong.

If I do not have my money or my cue back IN MY HANDS by THIS SATURDAY, March 3, 2007, I will contact the authorities and file a theft report.

I'm sorry it's come to this, sir....but you've backed me into a corner, and stalled me out long enough.

Mark

One bump Rat.

Do what you have to do Mark. It is people like this that just ruin it for everyone. Don't stand for it.

Valley Forge Show Is Right Around The Corner If He Has Your Cue You Should Post Pictures To Prevent A Possible Sale To A Dealer, Fellow Az'er, Or Anyone Else.

Thanks for all the support, guys.

I've heard from 4 NEW folks about dealings with Jeff....or better said....ONE SIDED dealings with him. (That's 9 people, total)

My plan will include contacting the local Waxhaw, N.C. police department and the U.S. Postal Service inspectors.

I don't have pictures of the cue with me at the moment (I'm out of town, and working on my laptop).

The cue, however, is a Joe Callaluca cue made from a Predator blank. Maple forearm with split floating ebony points. White phenolic joint, radial pin, black leather wrap. Black phenolic buttsleeve with maple ovals and turquoise inlay work. I bought the cue from Joe (Bamacues)...and then sold the cue...allegedly...to Jeff Campbell for $450. I have yet to receive payment on the cue...and have received, instead, 3 different excuses. Now I don't even get a response to PMs.

Thanks again for your support, ya'll.

BUMP TO TOP.

You Sent The Cue Before You Received Payment? Wow What A Nice Guy You Are. We All Know Where Nice Guys Finish. I Hope You Get Your Cue Or Cash Back.

Yep....and yep.

I had done a deal before this with Jeff, and it settled up fine (albeit a little late)...so I thought I could trust him.

Obviously, I was mistaken.....and regret that he took advantage of my trust.

For all to see....this is the cue in question. This is a 1 of 1 made by Joe Callaluca. Many thanks for RayJay below for letting me know I posted the wrong pic. All the cues that Joe Callaluca makes for me are 1 of a kind, not repeated. This makes them easily identifiable to the other pool players or authorities, as required.

Joe, the cue you pictured doesn't look like the one Mark described...

Thanks Rayjay for catching my boo-boo...fixed now. Joe

Thank you, gentelmen, for the assistance. That's the cue involved in the theft.

Much appreciated, Joe, for posting it for me, sir.

Kind regards,

Mark

Rat,

I will keep an eye out in the North Carolina area for ya!!

Joe
Thanks much, Joe. I am hearing all kinds of theories and such about who this guy really is.....but what seems to be the prevalent story is that Jeff is a real estate guy. One of his running "stories" is wanting to buy someone's cue...but needing to wait for the closing date to get the funds.

The more I think about it, the more disappointed I am in MYSELF for being so trusting....but that's how I'm used to operating. I give people the benefit of the doubt (in spite of my best efforts to stay "realistic")...but up 'til now, I've been VERY fortunate with all the folks I've dealt with on the boards, and things have always worked out well. I let my guard down with this guy, and he took me for $450.

If I don't see that money by Saturday, he'll wind up paying ALOT more than that in "associated costs."

Thanks again, sir.

Mark

This really sucks. I hope you can get your money back. Is there anyway AZ can track if he is using another user name on AZ ? So he doesn't rip anyone else off here on AZ.

Mark as a suggestion

call Wayne Holmes in Waxhaw. He is a cue builder and probably knows who this guy is or where he may be... Wayne's # is 704-843-1888 address is 4507 Bigham rd Waxhaw NC
