Looking for live and dead centers

Does anyone know where I can find dead centers and live centers with a straight taper shank.

Straight shank live centers I have in stock; http://www.midamericapool.com/index_files/Page311.htm. Dead centers are easy enough to make yourself, or let me know the diameter and length and I'll make one for you.
