This may sound silly but is gambling legal in NY? Should offers be made in public like this? Here in Oregon if the authorities get bored enough they can shut down a place for allowing casual gambling on a pool game. If the place is found to be in violation they could get their main source of income pulled.......The state run lottery machines.:lmao:
 
Im sure it is illegal but im also sure iv never seen "money" switch hands over a pool game either if u catch my drift
