I received the case. But he forgot the shoulder strap and agreed to send it. but suddenly lost contact. That was some 3 weeks ago.

But first of all i hope he is alright!
 
After yet another 2 weeks still nothing.

USPS tracking indicates a request but no pick up.

i know him in real life..and i was just at his shop like 2day's ago to get my shaft done..have you try to call him to have your problem fix ??
if anything give me an pm maybe i can call him for u.
