Looking for Sneaky or simple inexpensive cues with half joints

Just like the title says.....I need a bar player for myself and a friend. We are looking for sneakies or plain janes or maybe a simple 4 pointer with ivory, plastic, implex, steel, half joints. Hoppe ring a bonus.....as well

I need the cue to have at least 1 shaft at 13mm, and prefer ebony.. and must not weigh over 19.5ozs

Also any Scruggs, Mottey or James white sneakies will get my attention as well.

Send pics, specs, and price to billycasper812@yahoo.com or call me 513-608-6982....I am not probably going to buy without pics so please keep that in mind...
thanks....Trying to keep this around or under the $400 mark but all things will be considered if they fit the bill.

Here are a couple that I came across (link below) ... I have no stakes in the sale nor do I know of the seller but there are 3 to choose from. I love that butterfly sneaky but at 15 oz., it's a light carom cue. The other two fit your description. Good luck in your searches. RyantheImpaler

I would like HALF jointed cues.. I had a Judd I got from Bamacues that got stolen and I would like that back:thumbup: I dont want any sneakies that dont have joint collars. I should have said FANCY sneakies,, thanks for the help sorry if I was too vague

Nice option

I too wanted a cue to take to bars. More specifically, take out of country to Mexico that wouldn't draw too much attention or one that I would regret losing. I read in another thread that Muellers Pool and Darts builds a "hustler" style cue in-house for $125. I checked out the site, liked what I saw (true sneaky, made in USA, with nice maple into highly figured bocote butt). However, they don't have a joint. Plain wood to wood so I don't know how durable it will be over time or "extreme" use/abuse. These also have absolutely no markings. Points are close, but I wouldn't say even. Close enough to look decent. I may change the tip to Kamui Med though.

Seems they raised the price by $15 to $140. I am very happy with my decision.

Maybe I need to start a new thread lol... I want a custom cue, not a hundred dollar sneaky. I am not trying to go incognito, just want something that didnt cost 5k to take to the bar with me:thumbup: I also dont want another thousand dollar cue either. I like the look of the half jointed cues ala, Searing, judd, Dickie, and just want another one in the fancy sneaky style or wrapless variety.

Thanks

A have several you might be interested in.

I sent you an e-mail with pictures of some of my cues.

Let me know if you see anything you like.

I got an Omen sneaky with fancy rings- blue/white

Has a 13mm shaft, and not a plain Sneaky - The EI Rosewood is very striking, and comes with JP's for only $375/OBO Shipped.

Probably has 2-3 games on it - just got it on a trade. Sells brand new on Superior Cues for $425.

It is cue #12 on the site :
Figured East Indian Rosewood into maple 4 point fullsplice wrapless cue.
Veneer deco ringset at joint and buttcap. Weighs 19.08 oz. with an 18-1/2" balance point.
13mm shaft with linen melamine ferrules and Triangle tip. Includes joint protector set.

Here are pics (borrowed from Martin's site):

PM sent.

Sorry, but what's a half joint?

Instead of a regular ivory or steel joint it is half the size of normal.

I obviously will be starting a new thread tomorrow with simpler terms. I must be too confusing.

Thanks to all the pms I have received please keep them coming

I got the email Bill, and Thanks...very nice looking cues. I am looking for something a little different, but know a few league friends who may need a cue and this would be right up their ally!

I will be in touch:thumbup:

Still looking for a cue
