Thanks! Merry Christmas to you too buddy. That matched set (a true matched set) were a couple of solid playing cues. I've had some GREAT cues that's for sure. I took some time off and am about to buy another table for the house so I'm looking to buy a cue to get back into it a little bit. I'll upgrade down the road. Just looking for something to start hitting balls again.Sup Scott.....I don't have anything you are looking for...just wanted to wish you a Mery Christmas. I still think about that matching set of Jensen's you had! Best wishes on finding a solid cue!
Sounds like a nice set up you have there. Thanks for looking out. Greatly appreciated.Sorry about that John, LOL I don't know why I called you Scott for....errr...old age catchin up with me.
I am down to a nice Omen w/ 4 shafts, a Jim Baxter S/P, Omen J/B ordered to match the player, and the wife's D19. Haven't got the J/B yet though, Pete said maybe around Christmas last month.
I will be listing the S/P after I get it back from Jim. I had him change out the ferrule to an old Palmer and the tip to a Triangle. The old ferrule was not capped and the phenolic ferrule that was on it developed a crack. The shaft is 13.1 mm. The shaft also has a slight roll out. I was useing this as a break cue until I ordered one from Pete. It is a nice cue for 185.00.
I will keep an eye out for you and help find a cue that is in your specs and price range. I know of a few good cues right now, but, they are all more than 700.00.
Hey Ken, glad to hear from you. That cue sounds great but not really my style. I appreciate the offer though.Hi John, I don't have anything in that price range to fit the bill.
About as close as I could get would be an -R- Titlist conversion for $850 with 2 shafts but, the joint and butt are mahagony brown phenolic
Cheers to Ya & Have a Safe Holiday, Ken![]()
Get a hold of plshrk22 , he is getting a whole series of fancy sneakys from Jim Pierce and at only $325 apiece. Plus he's a good guy to deal with.
