Looking To Sell or Trade One Week In A 2 Bedroom Timeshare Near Disney For A Cue

I'm looking to xxx or xxx a one week stay in a 2 bedroom (one has a queen, full bathroom and a jacuzzi; the other has 2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped timeshare at Summer Bay Resort in Claremont, Florida, which is approximately 6 miles from Disney World. This is a Gold Crown Resort (A++++++). The resort features a large man-made lake (you can rent two-man motor boats and jet skis), two large pools, a tiki bar, hot tub, club house featuring a game room and exercise room, including a ping pong table and pool table, a volleyball court, basketball court, etc. This place was made for families.

I have the unit booked for the week of Thanksgiving (Sat 11/20 to Sat. 11/27), but the week can be changed, subject to availability up to Christmas 2010. The temperatures ranged between 76 and 86 degrees, There is nothing like swimming at the pool, watching NFL games at the tiki bar, and eating turkey on Thanksgiving Day in the Orlando area.

Thanks Mike. I just wish things were different and we were able to go. Due to recent events in my life, me or my family will not able to go on this trip.

I absolutely dont think you will be dissapointed in this place. I am taking Best Offers until friday evening 10/08/10. I have a few good offers and this will go to the best offer tomorrow night.

None. The entire week is paid for. Just show up and check in. If you want to rent a motor boat or jetski, there is a charge for that. The place is GREAT!
