Can you not do this via the website anymore? Noticed the webpage is changed drastically. Couldn't find where to just lookup a player like before.

Yes, it seems to be gone. On the positive side, the sketchy commercials are gone.

Wow, fairmatch.fargorate.com is gone for me too. I recall Mike said about 5 years ago that it was going away, but it kept hanging around.

The main site has been revamped completely, and there is a new tool for tournament management, called Cuematch. I hope it's way better than DigitaPool, barf! I just signed up to try it:

I gotta say if they remove that basic feature from the website permanently that will greatly change my view towards Fargo.
I see they're trying to monetize and good for them. But the only reason they even have value is because of the data they collect from us, the players.
If they go beyond their monetization routes and lock data behind requiring a subscription or an app (a la reddit) then that's straight greed and they will forever lose my support.

The app is completely free for looking up your rating or someone else's. The paid version's extra capability is it displays the individual match history (for you, and for other players only if they have the paid version and have public data turned on). The free version of the app has/had the same fucntnoaliy as the web version.

Although I do agree with you, I used the web version a bit, even though I had the paid ios version.

Mike Page said a long time ago they would be moving away from the website, and emphasize the app. It is not an unreasonable move. The basic info is free.
