Lots of AZer's in Hickory NC today

I went to the Southern Billiard tour stop at Randolph's in Hickory and had a great day, watched some great pool and met up with azer's Dagwoodz,FasteddieNC, Red Suddreth, Wayfastwhitey. JB cases and Shannons girl Marge who post as Coopdeville I think. My friend who rode with me Ed Killough is still in the tournament and will play Mike Davis when the tournament starts up again today at 1, he played really well after loosing his first match to JR Rossman and winning the next five to come back today. The winners side consists of Larry Nevel vs Eddie Little and Peaches Fuller vs JR Rossman and a couple brothers on the loosers side Brian Capps vs Chuck Ritchie and thats all I can remember.

I'm glad to see that Eddie is shooting so well lately. Tell him I said hello.

DId the Pendley brothers make the tournament? How is Shannon doing, is he still in it?

BTW- Marge is Coop19772002 not Coopdeville
 
Shannon has a cracked tooth and he lost in the first round to Larry Kressel from Ga. and then lost his next match 9 to 0 to Jeff Abernethy and it was easy to tell he felt real rough, and oh yea I remember the Coop19772002 this morning after some rest. A man can get real tired sweating pool all day and watching live Bikini mud wrestling all night, you can see my post was at 4am.

Adam was a no-show and my friend Ed knocked Marcus out in the fourth round 9 to 4, but Marcus beat Jeff Abernethy 9 to 6 in first round which fired ol Jeff up for Shannon. Tony Watson a Hickory native was also a no-show.

That was my first experience with the mud-wrestling...it was very entertaing..;)
 
Kressel is from VA. I was told by someone who has seen damn near every Planet-Pool.com event, who told me Larry is the best player to not win a Planet-Pool.com event yet.

A very nice guy to boot, he beat Basavich at the 05 US Open

A railbird in Fayetteville told me this yesterday and I thought he may have been mistaken... guess not :O

Hey it was nice to see you there and was that a great event!
That was one of the best events I have been to.

it was worth going to work monday on 3 hours of sleep!
