It's not written in stone that you have too but most of the time gumbo is served in bowls & instead of having a extra plate for the tater salad... us cajuns just improvise and put the side with it...plus it aint bad sopped up in da gumbo juices.:grin:

Ray, after you take Troys money I'm going to have to play you some. I have yet to feel the wrath of the Big Truck. Hell, if I'm ancy enough I may play Nick some very cheap sets with the right weight.
