Here are your options...
1. Cut the crack out and add another piece of wood to the rear and put a buttcap on it.
(I can add rings between to pretty it up)
2. I can shorten the cue by two inches and then put a buttcap on it.
I dont see any other options at this point.
Maybe the winner can come up with an idea and we can go from there.
The cue is not ruined, just needs a little more repair then anticipated.
