all look like they are made by the same company. The use various names for some of their cues, technology cues , hybrid cues etc. They have grips on these cues that are made of something like urethane.

I like the idea of these grips. Do any of you know of an aftermarket retailer of these? If they made these in sort of a sleeve you could pull them over the butt of your cue.

If they got dirty you could wash them or better yet you could cut them off or replace them.

Get a 3 cushion rubber roll on grip. They are about $5. They work great. You can grip the cue extremely loose, and it will not slip in your hand.

They are used extensively in 3C circles. You might lean your search that way. Try to contact maker Dennis Deikman here on AZ if you have trouble. His user name is Magik Wandzzzzz.

Sorry I didn't get you a link before. I know these can be hard to find, even if you know the search words to use.

Here are the cheap ones. I'd try these and see how you like them. The advantage of these are they are very thin and light. The disadvantage is they will tear in a few months if you bump the table. But no big deal because they are super cheap.

There is a thicker version on the market called the "sang lee power grip". It will last years, and is about $10. Its harder to find though.

3 cushion billiards players use these types of grips. I've been using them for the past few years and love them (I'm a pool player). Another advantage of them is you can put the grip all the way to the rubber bumper of the cue if you like. So if you are tall like me, and you grip at the very back of the cue, your hand will be on the grip.

One more important thing with these grips is they are super tricky to install, if you don't know how. If you do know how, they just take a minute.

Read this thread linked below on how to install them. Its the 13th post in the thread, and has a video on the proper way to install them. Also in the thread are dangers about the grip causing the cue to become stuck in your case. So be careful about that, it really can happen.

Good luck.

Edit, just want to add in the link about the installation, follow the advice by Bob Jewett and the video (same method). There were some other ideas in that thread, but the way Bob and the video described it is the correct way.

penrose drain, a clear surgical drain 1 1/4" size go to a medical supply store and grab some they usually come in two foot lengths and are a couple of bucks. No need for shipping and all that mess, every descent sized town usually has a medical supply business.

nice Tack feel (but not overdone) and they roll on and off super easy. 1 tube can be cut in half so you got two. They are the NUTS
