Lucasi pronounciation. Been saying it wrong for years.

Dang, I'm really messed up now after reading some of these posts. I mean, how could Joss be pronounced any way other than like the word boss, only with a J instead of a B ??? Plus, I've always said Juh-coe-bee when pronouncing a Jacoby cue. I can't see it being any other way. It is interesting how words sound different from region to region.

I wouldn't bother that much, as almost all names are bastardized in foreign languages, sometimes because the right vowels simply don't exist in the other language. Remember the Chinese having no "r", us Germans having no "th", the French having no words with an "h" at the beginning and so on.

Concerning the pronunciation of "Schoen": I believe it's legitimate to say "Schon", because it's an American brand, and because the American language has no "oe". However, to pronounce it correctly, remember the American pronunciation of "Berlin": Americans say "Boerlinn" - so a Sch?n with half a Boerlinn in the middle would be quite right :-)

Btw: AZ does not store the "oe" correctly: It gets translated to a questionmark on my pc.
