McFadden

This cue was made by Terry McFadden who recently moved from Colorado to Arizona.
I have a few of Terry's cues and they are really good playing cues. Everyone that buys one or hit's with one likes them a lot.
I know several very good players that use McFadden cues and they really do hit well and definitely worth the money, especially when they are discounted so much on Ebay.
Terry is a perfectionist and has nicely progressed into cue building from a part time cue builder / pool room owner. I recommend them to anyone that likes a nice crisp hit, not too stiff but not too soft.
Terry had been building plain jane and sneaky pete cues for over 25-years, and took Ernie Martinez into his shop when Ernie got back into building again. Terry's cue building expertise grew a lot with Ernie's help and the cues resemble some of Ernie's newer cues. Ernie even used Terry's taper bar for the first 3-batches of cues that were sold on AZ.
One of the main differences between McFadden cues and the newer EM cues is that Terry uses a 3/8-10 pin and Ernie uses a 3/8-12 pin.
Terry even makes his own felt liners with his logo with the old cloth from his tables, a machinist friend makes his brass pins, and he also makes his own joint protectors.
