I'd bet the shafts started as 12.9 since that is what Bob really really likes to use unless you talk him out of it.

bump

bump it up for those on vacation this weekend. make me an offer i can't refuse:)

I like this cue; however I'm not very familiar with Madison Bob. Can anyone comment on Madison Bob as a cuemaker. To whom would you compare him as far as wormanship and the taper and playability of his cues. I'd really appreciate any feedback AZers can provide. Thanks, Chuck

you might be better off posting a seperate thread in this section ,asking about madison bob cues. i think you will get a much better response and a very positive one. jmo. thanks.

i have only owned one and it was forward balanced and very stiff.i like the look of the ringwork in this cue.

cue

the balance point on this cue is 19" from the end of the butt. i wouldn't say this hits stiff. my capone was a stiff cue. i say it plays near my bluegrass as far as firmness. any other comments about his playability??

I liked the one I had, fit and finish were good. Bob loves making cues, interesting guy to talk with.

damn straight

the craftsmanship is top of the line on this cue. word class without a doubt.
