mail fraud????

I posted a thread about wanting to buy a Predator Z2 shaft last week. I agreed to buy the shaft Thursday. I sent out a Postal money order with delivery confirmation last thursday. It arrived to the sellers house on Monday afternoon. Since Monday I've sent 3 unanswered PM's. He's been online everyday. If there were a possible hold up with the shaft wouldn't he PM me and let me know? I haven't received a PM from him since last Thursday. So how many days should I wait before I contact the Post office to tell them about this mail fraud??? Also does anyone know how long it takes the post office to resolve this issue? ?

I would hope you at least got his email and phone number before sending him a money order?? If not, ouch! If so, call him!
 
THE SHAFT HAS BEEN MAILED. Hello everyone. It is me he is talking about. I think he is jumping the gun to post this publicly. I received the money order on Monday as stated. I mailed out the shaft on Tuesday by USPS Priority mail insured with restricted delivery to him only. it is due to arrive tomorrow (Thursday). My PM box was full yesterday , so AzBilliards sent me a notice that he had sent me a PM. I sent him a PM yesterday with all the information, but I guess he didn't get it. He PM me today and I responded back, then I find this post. I guess he didn't get a notice that my PM box was full. I have had no problems with any of my dealings. Sincerely Darrell

I know the purchaser is definitely no one that I would ever want to do business with being that quick to condemn.

Yeah, not getting a pm response for a few days does not mean mail fraud. And making a public accusation of that so quickly on a public forum is just not right, sounds kinda paranoid. The MO just arrived to the buyer two days ago, geesh.

To be fair he didn't mention the name of the person who he was dealing with. Looks to me that he was asking a general question on how to handle the situation. I will say that if I sent somebody money and didn't get any response I would be nervous. Its not like buying something on amazon where you can get the money back from the credit card company

He didn't say the guys name, he was just asking a question, just as anyone else would who didnt get any response from someone who he sent money too.

I feel that his post is fine and that the seller jumped the gun as well by outing himself in this thread.
 
If he lives in New York State, for a jump cue or a LD shaft, I'll send you his front teeth in a little plastic bag.
 
Hey guys, I did get in touch with the seller and everything was resolved. It was just a lack of communication. I didnt receive his PM with the shipping info. i didnt mention any names, nor did I link any threads. I was just asking an honest question because I got ripped off a couple of yrs ago dealing with paypal.
