There are basically two balls that can be made consistently on the break in 9 ball. They are the wing ball and the one ball. The problem is most tables will not allow a tight enough rack to make the wing ball no matter how you break.
So the next best option is to make the one ball. If the one ball is going high or low how do you adjust to make it?
Do you hit lower on the cue ball to make the one ball go lower and higher to make the one ball go higher? I've also heard that you could cut the one ball to make it go higher.
