make a shaft from a joint?

I have a Falcon BS7 and it was the only one in that series that has the double ring black joint with circle mop inlays in it.

Would it be possible to make a shaft to replace the one with it. For the life of me I can't find a replacement...

Are you asking if someone can match the ring work to make another shaft from scratch? Or are you asking if they can take the joint and ring work off the original shaft and make a new shaft using those parts? Either way it can be done.

On a more serious note, I am working on a hemp phenolic. I just always thought it would be cool to have a hemp joint.
