Sadly I've never seen a copy of On the Snap other than here on azbilliards so I'm of no help this time around .

Hello, I am new to this group however, I have been searching everywhere for a copy of the billiards on the snap magazine.
I am specifically looking for a volume one issue number three. It was an 1990 February /March edition.
I am interested in the magazine because I am from North Carolina and during that time there were four local young men that were featured in the magazine as up-and-coming billiards players. My husband happened to be one of the younger players and unfortunately his copy was destroyed and I’m looking to Purchase a copy for sentimental reasons.
If anyone on the forum has any information on where I could chat to possibly obtain the magazine I would certainly appreciate it.
Also, I would be willing to send someone money for finding out if they would be willing to take their copy and have it printed and bonded and sent to me.

From what you have said, I think what you are talking about is page 24 of Volume 1, Number 4 (February/March 1990), the issue with Brian Atchley on the cover. That page 24 is headed NORTH CAROLINA'S "FAB FOUR" and has a short blurb on Michael Coltrain (age 14, says the article), Richie Marshall (16), Donald Williams (19), and Greg Brooks (21).

If a photocopy of that page 24 would be of interest to you, just send me your address via Direct message (click on the envelope in the blue band at the top of the screen and send a message to AtLarge) and I'll send you a copy of page 24.

Yes that is it! Is that page in the magazine of Volune 1 issue 4.
That would be awesome! I was trying to find a copy of the entire issue but will take what I can get!!

I used to have most if not all of them. I still have a couple of them but they are in kinda rough condition. I have no clue what I did with the rest of them
