Hello All,

I was just wondering how many of your customers make changes "on the fly" when ordering a custom cue from you? Is this the norm?

The reason I ask is that I do this regularly, sometimes changing my mind several times on an order from Chris. It's usually nothing major, wrap color, joint material/type, tips, etc. Chris is always very accommodating about this, even when I am wishy-washy. Most recently, I changed my mind on the joint and butt cap of a cue he is building for me from ivory to linen and back to ivory.

Sometimes I feel as though I'm driving him crazy, but you'd never know it by talking to him.

Hi,

It is part of the process. One thing always leads to another. As long as the customer is happy, all is right. You have to go with the flow and embrace changes.

Rick couldn't have said it better. Sometimes that little change from the customer or builder makes the cue.
