I am thinking about buying my new diamond pro- am from a company called Manning Cues online. My issue is it is a lot of money to spend with a company I have never heard of before this. If you have had any experiences purchasing from them or with customer support from them please post good or bad. That way I can get a better picture of the type of company they are before I do this.

I concur. Heath Manning is a straight shooter. I've never heard any negative about him.
Heath will be the least of your troubles.
Problem will come up if you are trying to order your table in Dymondwood-the factory burned down in Aug 2014.
There's a new black phenolic proam that is OK, or you can have it made from a hard wood of your choice.

I just had my 8ft pro am installed over Christmas and it went as smooth as you could ever ask for. Heath kept me up to date every step of the way and even helped get the table ready to the slate part because the installer couldn't arrive for a few extra days. heath wanted the table up and running for my New Years party and he delivered. I personally will be buying every pool related item I need from this point forward as his customer service is second to none.
If your looking at getting a diamond table Heath would be my first choice bar none to deal with. He's as honest and dependable as they come and his knowledge is second to none. You will not be disappointed dealing with Manning cues.

The list goes on and on. Heath is the real deal, I've personally seen him go above and beyond with international orders from Europe. His communication is excellent, and the added bonus is you will learn so much information from him. Just ask. The guy is a walking encyclopedia of pool knowledge.
I've learned a ton about cue construction in the past year from him.

Thanks to everyone here on AzB I feel good about choosing to get this through Manning Cues (Heath). Even though it has only been a couple days that I have known him I have learned a lot about Diamond Billiards. I believe some of the questions I have asked of him have taught us both a few things we did not have clear answers about prior. He is as others have said a stand up guy and straight shooter. Just the kind of person I needed to make this purchase. I have a lot of trust issues when it comes to making large purchases especially online. I needed to at least talk to a person on the phone for this one. Once I spoke to Heath he addressed all my concerns and either answered or got answers to all my questions right away. He spent the time with me I needed that most salespeople would not. That is because he is not as much of a salesperson as he is a great businessman. He genuinely wants to help people to have the best experience with their products as possible. I am very happy I found him to help me through this.
