Marop's 56-ball and 66-ball runs..

A drag racer playing pool. Fast and straight. Just how I like it.

Bad and obvious joke:
How does a drag racer draw the cueball?

I have one question for those who respond. How would you rate this guy's speed based on this video?

Thanks for the post. That was some of the most rhythmic and effortless shooting I've seen. Great shooting.

edit... I hope you do make it to Comet, I have to dig up the old pics of my C/Altered 57 Chevy from 35 yrs ago, and Super Pro Bracket Camaro. Since I'm an old gear head too. :thumbup2:

I'll be there. I'm not the gear head though. Bill is a champion, though very humble, drag racer. Really great guy. And he can run balls. He had a run of 120 or so recently. He didn't play his best in the 14.1 tournament, but that's a whole different ball game. He did have Ortmann sitting down for a while in their match. Moments of brilliance shining through the clouds of tournament pressure.

Bill: I've watched them both once now. I certainly don't want to offer a detailed analysis of your games. I"ll leave that to those more qualified.

Nice smooth rhythm though. It seemed like you didn't go into the racks that hard and opened them up just enough. A few shots in and you usually had no two balls touching, it seemed to me. Nice center of the table shape on a lot of shots. You made it look simple and effortless most of the time . When the cue ball cooperated.

I'll add some commentary and reupload it.:D

Hmm. On second thought, maybe not.;)
