Just received lesson from PAT LOGAN a BCA certified instructor. I liked what he had to show me, alot of the info I could have gotten from a book but the book has been on my end table for a year and he taught me in 2 1/2 hours, also the book dosent answer my questions. There were no major flaws in my stroke but the little things he changed has helped already. I learned few other things I can go into detail if anyone is interested. I may do one more lesson in a month just to brushup and see if the changes stuck. I am an APA 6, TAP 5 8ball APA 6 9ball just for reference. I am interested in finding someone who teaches 8ball/9ball/10ball/1pocket game theory in maryland if you know of anyone let me know. Thanks for the help Pat.

Randyg and I will be doing a pool school in MD in June. Either one of us would be able to help you with game theory and strategy, in the games you mentioned. PM either of us for more details.

I was hoping to find a good instructor in MD. I haven't taken lessons before and I have finally decided I am in need of more than reading/practicing on my own. Any help in locating someone close to Westminster/Baltimore would be appreciated!

I don't know if Doug Sharp is still giving lessons, but I would look him up. I had some lessons from him and I liked his style.
