I would say that an A player from South Dakota and an A player from Florida or any big state are different in skill level. Rob is a B player and I am just now an A player by South Dakota classification. Money is good, but gambling for me isn't about the money. It is for the pressure to shoot better. I will have to really bare down and shoot my best.
fine, now i feel bad! so ill just take the 5 out for 500 a rack!

You got the 5 out. But we're racing to 100 for 50 grand and I get 99 on the wire.

Well if your main game is 8ball and your consistantly comming out the loser.

You can do a couple of things to make the match a bit more even.

1- you dont have to shoot the 8ball.

2- you get 1 or 2 balls off the table.

3- a combination of both like 1 ball off the table plus, not having to shoot the 8ball plus a game on the wire.

4- You get all the breaks + a ball off the table.

5- Take #4 plus a game on the wire.

You can also make it call your pocket, unless your doing that already.

Getting all the breaks is a big advantage in 8ball, expecially if you have a good break. Also taking balls off the table is a big advantage too cuz then you can get rid of any problem balls, and run out the table.

tanner

Tanner, if you could post a link to DocnEddys that would be great. Sounds like i may have to be there a little earlier on wed. than i had originally planned. And yes guys Tanner can play, what he has to say about our rankings is spot on. Even at 3-7 8ball i dont think it is a lock, will have to play very well. Before anyone goes wild with vcash let me tell you alittle about Tanner. First i have alot of respect for the young man, remember he is 16 years old and when most kids his age are doing non productive things he has a great passion for the game, has had some of the best teachers in the country, and has alot of experience in tournament play. I think he is definitly a up and coming young player that you will hear about in the future.

Wow, we have some gamblers in SD.

If anyone wants a game, I am old, dumb, and have very little patientce in 8 ball. I feel I am a C player but improving slightly and would like a couple games on the wire from whoever but would like to keep the cash low so I dont have to sell the wal-mart specials(pool cues) that I just bought just to make it home.

PS: that is my great grandson in my avator, just to give you an idea on my age:)

what?

your tryin to say we are playin evan! not a chance you got to give up some weight! i need it! and alot of it!:D
