This is NOT an open event. You may play if you have not had a 5-6th or better finish in any major tournament. ie Fast Eddies 9Ball Tour, Midwest 9 Ball Tour, Joss Northeast Tour etc.

We have a council to determine eligibility for players that do not play in tournaments or may have had a 5-6th or better finish with extenuating circumstances.

Please call to see if you qualify. To "GET ON THE LIST" you must call by Friday before the event or mail your entry FEE in early. You must be present at 10:00am PAID OR NOT or any "stand-by" players will be awarded your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you pay ahead and can't make it by 10:00am and you lose your place to a stand by, you WILL get a full refund.

To pull this off in 1 day we must start ON time.

There will be NO more seeding. All draws will be random!

House always adds $100.

Full field is 48. Mini tournaments start mid-afternoon.

We are in our 5th year now and consistently have 40-50 players. First is always between 1,500 & 2,500.

Pays 6 places up to 39 players and 8 places with 40+. Players meeting pays 4 places.

This tournament has been the first Saturday for going on five years. If it changes I will let you know here.

Hey Zach , why you buggin about this, there are more than enough players in Texas to fill up 10 tournys on the same day. I read the same text you did.

Pay Out?

A little birdy told me that the tournament is NOT a full pay out. If this is true whats Big Trucks cut. The house adds $100? No table fees? :confused:

There is a $10 green fee included. They do pay me to run this.

The payouts have always been good. Come down and check it out for yourself. Bigtruck works hard for the money and a good time too!

What does your handle stand for?

Ray runs a great tournament and the payouts are fantastic for a one day tournament, especially if you win. :thumbup:I just hope Ray lets me come back and play in his tournaments again.

Thanks Corey. Currently there is no way to re-qualifying.

I would listen to ideas. The tournament was started and meant to give "mid-level" players a chance to get into a pressure situation and win a good payday. Hopefully being more comfortable competing in open events afterwards.

There is usually plenty of action for ALL levels at the event though.

How about this........ mini tournament for ANYONE starting at 4pm.

Limited to 8 players. 100 or 50 entry. Winner take all.

Race to (7) 9 ball single elimination.

Call FRIDAY to get on the list and indicate if you're interested in any 2 man tournaments too.
