Anthony will get roasted for this here. Lol. I suggested a similar method and was immediately hammered with "you'd overcut every thin cut shot using that method".
But this is a good method and Anthony does a good job explaining. He could go into more detail about how the edge to edge is just a reference to get you in the ballpark for hitting these thin cuts, because they really require aiming a thick edge to edge line, as shown in the template he's using, so that the cb-ob overlap is about 7mm for a 60° cut and 3mm or so for a 70 to 75° cut. Still, the edge to edge reference can get the mind narrowing in on the actual line needed to pocket the ball.
