McDermott or Gracio

I have a friend wanting me to trade me his Gracio(with 2 Gracio shafts) for my McDermott(with 2 G-core shafts) and $300. I have never played with a Gracio is it worth my cue and $300? How does a Gracio play?

I had never heard of Gracio before...but he seems impressive.
He is a custom cue maker, it seems.
McDermott is production.
I don't know the particular cues involved, but blind?..I want the Gracio.

Gracio, you will have something that builds appreciation in the long run and that is one of a kind. I hear Gracio's cues play pretty good, although I have never hit with one. I'm sure you wont be disappointed, plus you'll be able to resell it on the second hand market easier than a production cue.

Depends on the McDermott... I have 2 D19s and it would have to be a hella Gracio for me to think about it for either of them just because they are also appreciating every year......

There was a Gracio for sale on here a couple of years ago... the wood looked like all the beautiful warm colors of swirled milky espresso with chocolate. I wanted that thing very much but couldn't afford another cue...

Anyway, I'd go for the Gracio for sure.

I had a beautiful, fancy Gracio loaded up with ivory in mint condition that I had to put back into the wild... There was just no way I could let it sit in my wall rack, and my Bryan Mordt cue plays too good to switch just for fun.

Ask to shoot with the Gracio... if you like playing with it, and you feel the trade is fair, go for it.

Yes you did and I was thinking about adding more to it. This is a merry window player. I'm going to hit a few balls with it as soon as it comes in.

I got my first Gracio yesterday and it will not be my last! Hits very nice and is a BEAUTIFUL cue!!!! I am going to do the trade!
