Hi Folks,

Went to Paul Scofield's Gold Crown Billiards for the Fall Tri-State tournament. Full compliment of 64 players as usual. Having meet Paul previously, it was still nice to converse again. Same with Shane Jackson. His Steel City Billiards in Pittsburgh will be holding an event similar in concept to Paul's No conflict Rules in December. Met posters Billy Jungle and lukemindish for the first time. Had the pleasure of playing Luke second round. Look forward to the challenge again.

For the second straight event, got down to the last four on the winners side. Choked my way out of the winners side . Got to stop missing set winning seven balls. Anyway, wound up 6 - 8 again. Not a bad finish but not what I hoped for. There is always next time!

Nothing to complain about with that finish! You oughtta see life from the perspective of the 2-and-out crowd (the one I run with :o).

Glad you had a good time. Better luck on the 7-ball next time out!!!

Maniac (thought 7 was supposed to be GOOD luck )

Hi Jen,

Should I add "pool peep" to my list of pool nicknames :D?

Kind of got lost on the Kieth thread. Not sure how much was real. Will I really get to see you and Kieth somewhere down the tournament trail? Sure hope so.

Lyn, we're all pool peeps. "Peep" is nickname for "people." :D

Yeah, that thread is a doozie. :p

May see you at Turning Stone. We kind of tend to hang on the East Coast.

Keith should play, it's only $200. It would be great to see him there. Just 7 weeks to go, it might fill up this weekend though at the Ocean State 9 ball event. Call Mike.
