Men vs Women

Emily has always been forward about getting players feedback. It was clear before the WPA/MR break that Emily was rallying players into her organization.

Emily's leadership style is a strong departure from the Draconian policies of the WPA and hypocrisy of nineball and heyball decisions.

Players are always able to provide input to MR and it seems policies get corrected. However WPA President Singh issues commands as opposed to support players.

Players have options and if they only know federation play, it could take some convincing to convert them to MR play.

Players just have to open up to Emily. It happens in organizational meetings often, a woman starts a new direction and everyone drags their feet until their job or product is on the line.

SVB is setting the tone. His public support is the beginning of the Matchroom shift.
This is one of the most clueless posts I've ever read on this forum. You obviously have no idea what's going in in pro pool.

I never said it was an informed post.

Why not take a new approach on the forum? Post on subjects on which you ARE informed.
One of the posters I most like to read and appreciate ,when I see him getting involved, getting his time wasted by one I need to ignore. Can someone tell me how I make his posts not show up in the forum- I think that’s possible?
I purposely didn’t state who was who since that is blindingly obvious!

While logged in to AzB, click on your screen name in the blue bar at the top of the page. Then click on "Ignoring" on the small screen that pops up, and fill in the blank.

You know I always felt that’s why Allison destroyed the field. When she came on the scene the women were always laughing and talking to each other during a match. Here comes Allison … stone face killer. Only interested in snapping necks and cashing checks. She was not what rhe women pros were used to.
I remember Ronnie O'Sullivan "joking" that he knew he was getting close to the end of his snooker career...because he was starting to be friendly with his opponents (paraphrasing). Eating breakfast with them and such. Apparently, he would never do that earlier in his career. It's lonely at the top I guess.

Your not wrong. Look at tiger. He never joked around on the course with his opponents like he does now.

This is, of course, pure speculation but my sense of things is that Jean still wouldn't have come back. She had moved on. Pool, for Jean, was at most a hobby and probably less.
Do you think if there would have been actual professional sports type money available this would have been different?

The key to clearing up all of this confusion is obvious. Outlaw the declaration of all genders (or lack thereof ) until one reaches the age of 35, at which time one spins the gender selection randomizer wheel, which will then make your gender clear to you and everyone else for all time.

You can donate to my presidential campaign if you wish.
