Not here to belittle the business, Just looking for feedback on some of your experiences with them. I made a purchase on October 27th They told me that the cue was in stock and would likely ship the same week. 3 Weeks ago it was going for wrap. Last week it had been shipped and I still have yet to see it. Just wondering who they usually use to ship and if they ever provide tracking or are they "Old School" so to speak and I just need to grin and bear the wait. :) Great product btw as iam shooting with a B&M 5 but seeked the hit of a aluminum joint and 30 in shaft hence why I purchased a pro series 3.

Slow, terrible packaging and wrong order. Ordered a shaft and aside from taking forever, it was shipped in a soft tube wrapped in a few pieces of newspaper. Besides it being completely bent, it was the wrong joint.

Some things never change, I would be wary about sending any repairs to them and I've heard many horror stories from dealers sending back product for either credit/replacement and getting the run around for months.

Meucci uses UPS. Tough not knowing when it's going to show up.

Boy...whoever packs the cues...really don't do a good job.

Don't shake your box too hard because they do not pack good and they use

the free cheap USPS boxes.

Another sad thing...doesn't take long to take the money from the credit card company.

You pay, then you don't know when you get the product.

There is no packing material except for the thin wrapping used to wrap dishes.

Can't believe they leave the factory this way.:frown:

My experience with meucci cues

Come on

I agree that Meucci has had it's issues with materials, process and QC on and off over the years, however I believe your old example shown was subjected to a bad handler and user error over and over again.

Say what you will:groucho:

-Kat,

MEUCCI customer service takes forever!!! I agree with bad packaging too. I love the cues though.

So...you're saying they ship via UPS but use the free boxes from USPS? I would think they would use packaging from the shipping company they use to ship...weird or just a typo?

:sorry:

No...not a typo. The last three orders came in a Priority Mail USPS box.

UPS is the shipper delivering. Just don't shake the boxes....

It's like a baby rattle.:(

Wow...just got a package shipped USPS and came in a 7X7 brown box. Yippie!!!!!!!

Love my Meucci Cues!

I recently ordered a pro series cue, and they sent it via UPS. There was definitely a tracking number (and yes they did use a USPS box). Call the main line and speak to Barbara. She is very helpful!
