You're worried about quality because they're made in Japan?

Mezz cues have insane tolerances for a production company, and yes, they are of the highest quality.

I do have 2 mezz cues, ZZ01 and the powerbreak1, and i would think the quality is def way up there in terms of hit, finishing and workmanship.

The main prob about their cues is the $$price tag$$ :p

they also have the PUJ shaft, and as well as the hybrid pro II now

I've got a Mezz Powerbreak 1 and I love it. Hits a ton and looks nice as well. Excellent workmanship in this cue.

hhmm....the only one i can think of would be mezz cues...

I would like to add another question to this, How does the mezz power break compare to the sledgehammer? I break with a sledgehammer now but because of some conflict with Mike i'm about ready to burn it. So i'm in the market for a new break cue.

I'll pay shipping, you can send it to me and I'll burn it for you. :D

Is this a joke or do you really not like them?

I was referring to the Sledgehammer, saying that I would be happy to take it off of your hands....

The problem with that is that the cue is shorter than all the others. With out going into to much detail, I broke the tip/ferrule combo after having it like a month an a half sent it to him got it back and it's now shorter, seems to me he cut the shaft and slapped on a new t/f combo? i'll have to see whant happens
