Tip is phenolic and I can get you one. Sent you a pm with pricing info. From the people I have been talking to it looks like it is a monster jumper, specially for the closest shots.

The Dual Force is available on our website www.mezzusa.com. We are the exclusive distributor for this product and it is only currently available through us and our website.
The tip isn't phenolic but it is a hard resin like material. It holds chalk well and can be somewhat shaped.

I have an account with you guys and after talking to Caroline I was under the idea that the tip was phenolic.
My apologies. Caroline is correct. I confused the Trans tip, which comes on the Dual Force, with the Sonic tip, which is on the Deep Impact shaft that comes with the Power Break I and II.
Trans tips is a cotton fabric base phenolic laminate tip. It is very strong, tough, and has high impact strength.
Sonic tips are made from thermosetting resin with carbon fiber. This hybrid tip would be the definitive break / jump cue tip of the future.

I need leather or non-phenolic to play BCA leagues this year. The Mezz does sound like a really good break cue, though. Very nice website! Maybe I'll just file my Gulyassy/Samsara phenolic ferrule/tip flat and glue on a White Diamond and see what happens. Anyway, thanks for the information, I appreciate it.

I am sure the tip can be changed to a extra-hard water buffalo tip.
I also have the Tiger IceBreaker and I can have one tip installed from factory like that to you.
