This case was part of a pair that Dean Campbell, Deanoc, commissioned as gifts for Mike Cochran and Tim Scruggs.

I am very sad that Mike didn't get more time to enjoy it.

I was really looking forward to seeing Mike and Timmy in few weeks.

Mike, your cues are among the best and your character is reflected in the amazing friends you have.

very very nice case.. it is a pity we lose a great cue maker. rip mike
 
John put a lot of work in both cases,and Mike was very happy to have it.
We are all missing Mike now, feel certain that his work will be a monument
to a man who was proud to work as hard as he could and treat people right
along the way.
We will all miss Mike
