Tough match. Mike got robbed when he played that great safe and fluked in the 6 ball.

I know Mike can play good pool, but he's really the only player you cringe every single shot because of the way he strokes the ball, and the fact that he can miss any kind of shot extremely badly. He also has a tendency to put himself in positions where he has to slam balls to get position.
With that said, he didn't do too much wrong in the last match once he was up 3-2. He broke dry a couple times, and then got an unfortunate roll when he played a great safety.

On that safe you hit the 8 to the end rail no matter what. That way they can't kick or jump in the ball. He rushed it and when you play tight, speed control is the first casualty. He's better than this.thing is he plays of feel and emotion. Used to shooting and getting in dead pinch. This format isn't his bag really.
