If someone tells you that they will take something that you're selling, and they'll PayPal the money that night, how long do you give them before you relist the item? If you don't want the shaft, you could message me to let me know
1st rule in my opinion is don"t stop the listing until the money clears,,,,,,that's the only way I've ever done it.

How inconsiderate can you be, I explained what was happening
and now you state, you dont care about my personal issues. I can only say I am not pissed off at you, I actually 'FEEL SORRY FOR YOU', you are either very young and havent had important things in life happen to you, or, you are older and have never had to deal with important 'LIFE-Situations'. Or, you are just a self-centered, inconsiderate person, who only thinks of themself and doesnt have the ability to feel empathy for things that human beings have to go through in life.
I want AZ'ers to understand what is happening here. This Az'er contacted me about a case that I had for-sale, I stated that i am a volunteer for the Largo Boys and Girls Club and that if he had any books or DVDs or VHS tapes that I would consider a trade and cash for the case. With the undestanding that these items would be donated to the kids at the Club, so they could learn and enjoy them. 'Punkinhead' Stated that he had a number of Dvd's that he would inlcude with a cash offer. Anyway, I agreed to a trade of like 20 dvd's of matches, I had agreed to take off over $100.00 on the price for the case with the dvds being included. Anyway, right before I sent the case, the Az'er contacted me to let me know that the DVD's were copies of matches he had made, not actual originals. I figured since these would be used by the kids and I would not be re-selling them, that I would accept the deal.
Anyway, I sent the case and I received payment and then I was contacted back that the buyer didnt want a, 'Brunswick, By Its George', he wanted a, "ITS GEORGE" case. At first, I stated that I would take the case back but I wouldnt refund the shipping, then I thought about it and I even gave him back the full refund, including the shipping costs.
So, I forgot about the DVD's, in fact they are still in the box he sent. About a couple weeks later the AZ'er contacted me and asked why I hadnt sent the DVD's back, I told him that I totally forgot and I would put the DVDs in the mail in the next few days.
The next day, I was contacted by a family member that told me a relative had passed away in Oregon, of which I am the executor of his estate. Anyway, I have been in Oregon dealing with these issues, and havent been able to send the DVDs back yet. I have had some delays that have kept me in Oregon dealing with these matters longer than I had thought.
But, I am returning to Largo, Florida on Friday, June 1st in the evening. When I return within 3 days, I will have your DVD's back in the mail to you and this will be over. I will get a delivery confirmation number and I will send this to you so you can track your package.
PS. Each time 'Punkinhead' has contacted me he has accused me of keeping his dvds and he accused me of copying the DVDs and this is why I have kept them so long. First of all, this is very insulting to me as a respected, ethical person. I did not and would not copy your DVD's, please stop accusing me of this and just accpet my explaination of why you dont have your dvds back yet.
Anyway, these are the fact, and i hope others can empathize with what has happened and understand, I have done nothing wrong and have done what I have been able to do.
Thats it, just try to be understanding and considerate of other peoples feelings and there life-situations.

I've previously done business with Mike Kennedy via the Forum and not one of my purchases had any problems. In fact, I found him to be responsive in our communications and the items were always exactly as described.
In my mind, I imagine that there had to be some mitigating circumstances that contributed to whatever your complaint is with Mike. If there is any validity to the situation at hand, Mike has always been a stand up guy and the matter will get resolved.

Lots of back and forth here, but no one has seemed to note that there IS a difference between an original It's George, and a Brunswick It's George...
Personal issues, and possible copies of DVD's aside, perhaps none of this would have ever gone down if the aforementioned issue was made clear in the first place. Was it?
