Still waiting on my DVDs. I love how everyone chimes in on how reputable you are but yet you still haven't fulfilled your end. I have recieved no less than 10 PMs from AZers telling me how you have ripped them off as well. Please by all means respond with another sad story. Another death in the family, sickness, problems with your so called foundation, etc. I've heard it all before. AZ community: This person is a con artist. Good for the few of you who have had good transactions with him. I love this place. I hate to spoil it with bad news or posts.

I'm sure I will get red rep for this but give it a rest man. This is not the forum for this to be in. Do you have something for sale? If so post it, if not leave this alone. You should have learned from the last post that this will get you no where.

If you got ripped off wouldn't you want to warn others and tell who it was that ripped you off? Don't criticize the victim . He has every right to complain and warn others.

this IS actually the forum to do this in , when they made a transaction and things didnt work out.. he was promised his things he sold would be returned.. now its up to mike to return them..

unfortunatley, you say this will get him nowhere but mike has property of his, and even though he has a great reputation, keeping it is not the correct thing to do..

i am not taking any sides in this matter but it seems to be cut and dry.. things didnt work out.. now both sides need to make it right..

and when things dont work out privately, last resort is to make things public...

This is the second post for the same thing. We get it. Enough is enough. Surely you agree that beating a dead horse is unnecessary. And again this is a sale forum.
 
I agree with one thing. I expect when I pay for something.. I expect to receive it and I would do what ever it takes to call the rip off artist out and warn others. You are not the one that got ripped off so what are you out of . Don't read the post if you are tired of seeing it. I HATE a CROOK!!!

I see your point. But what I am saying is that this is the same post he posted before and still it got nowhere. I believe that this would have already be resolved if it was gonna be. Chalk it up to a bad deal and move on. It sucks no doubt, and I hate it for Pumpkinhead. Hopefully I am wrong.
 
Seems the poster is just reminding everyone that Mike's post in the last thread said he would be back on 6/1, and within 3 days the DVDs would be sent out with confirmation. Apparently, 3 weeks later, he does not have them. Not taking sides here. If the poster has not received them, then it seems he wants to let us know that. However, only if all attempts to contact Mike have failed. If choosing this method of communication over direct contact with Mike, then I do not agree a second thread should have been started. One thing I do not agree with; Each one of us if in a similar situation, would want a resolution, so let's hear both sides 3 weeks removed from original thread before assuming the poster is in the absolute wrong.

It makes me feel better that there are happy customers of mine and they dont mind stating this fact.

Anyway, I hope this puts this matter to bed,

And once again, it has been a while for this to get finalized and I do appologize for this, if it wasnt for having to take care of a death in the family, in which I had agreed to be the executor, this matter would have been taken care of sooner, but as most people know, you have to prioritize things that happen in your life and sorry to say, a group of copied DVD's were not at the top of my list.

I hope everyone understands and believe me, I try to take care of all of my customers and fellow AZers' the way I would like to be treated. But, at the same time, I try to be as understanding as possible, to things that might happen in others lives, and I believe that as long as people are open, honest and forthright with communicating and explaining the situation, I try to give others the benfit of the doubt and try to keep things in perspective as to really how important something is.

I only wish that everyone I dealt with, also did this and approached there lives and business ethics this way.

But what I will say, Is, on this forum, there are many many many more, 'Good, Truthful and Ethical people' then there are the bad eggs, and that is why I like to do business on this site.

It may not be the right section for this thread but the OP bought
something and never received it.I would be super pissed to see the
guy who ripped me off posting other things for sale and nothing being
done about it.I don't think he's beating a dead horse at all,cause
obviously the horse is not dead if he's still buying and selling stuff.
I never understand why the victim gets shit on trying to get resolution
to a problem created by someone else.
 
Guys I do apologize for posting another thread on this issue. If you notice I never replied on the last thread due to #1 getting bashed to hell and back and #2 let Mike chime in and hopefully make things right. He chimed in alright. Making all of you feel sorry for him and donate to his "foundation". This is what happened. I posted a while back that I was looking for an It's George case. He PMd me that he had one. His price was way out of line so I asked for a trade and cash deal. Which was a bunch of DVDs, and I mean a ton of them (4 TAR matches and probably 15 other matches). I sent him the cash and the DVDs in a timely manner. He sends me a Brunswick George case that was beat to hell and back. I promotly PM him expressing my displeasure with the case and the fact that it's not what I thought I was buying. He proceeds to chastise me for not asking what the conditon was and wether or not it was a It'e George case or a Brunswick model. He refunded the money after a week of me sending the case back but has yet to send me the DVDs. I have tried and tried again to get them back through emails and PMs. I hated to post our grievences on the forum but he left me no choice. This person is a scammer. The items he sells are very poor in quality and he's trying to sell them as new or rare. At this point I know getting my DVDs back is slim. I just want you guys to be aware of this hack. Look at his last thread. He's trying to sell a calendar for $300?!!
 
Bringing other things into this conversation is un necessary pumpkin. I odnt know why he has not sent the DVDs back yet I could not tell you. I was under the impression they were not originals and in fact copies that you sent to him. Im not sure of this I just assumed from the last thread. I do think you should have just bumped the last thread it would have been a lot more affectful then starting a new one

Then why don't we all just do that. Seems Pumpkinhead is getting plenty of responses here. The facts are he has not received them yet. Even Mike admits that, yet he does not respond to Pumpkinhead personally, he responds to the thread. Hmmmm........

Agreed!! Look guys I too am a Azer that hates to see threads in the sale/wanted section when there's nothing for sale. I usually don't post and sometimes even tell the moniters( if it's completely BS), but this is not the case. I have been scammed on here before and I did the exact same thing as Pumpkinhead less making two threads, but when I get ripped off I will do whatever it takes to let people know what happened and get my stuff back. So I think he's doin the right thing an I am glad he made this thread in the for sale section because I rarely go on the main and now I know to be careful if dealing with aceDonkey. When I made my thread about getting scammed on here I took flack too, for some reason it's in some peoples nature to not believe or even care. But point is Donkey needs to give back Pumpkinheads dvd's there is no excuse even with personal matters you can still put something in the mailbox or go to the post office.
