My good friend and long time pool player in Albuquerque, Mike Scholl, known on azb as Mike9, was found unconscious in his home and taken to UNM Hospital. He had suffered a massive stroke and is now in a coma and is not expected to recover. Your prayers and good thoughts are greatly appreciated.
 
Thanks for letting us know Rayjay. This is a terrible reminder for all of us to make the most of it while we can.
 
So true. Mike had his 70th birthday last month and finally retired. When he did, he got on Medicare and had insurance for the first time, as he was self employed and didn't like doctors or the money they charge. Mike is my BCA team mate and also plays regularly in the Mon and Thurs tournaments at Doc and Eddie's, is frequently in the money. We are his family. A truly a good man.
