Sigel is a Past Champion. Past Champions get a Free Entry for LIFE. All past champions get listed from day one unless they decide they dont want to play or dont show up.

There is a hack available that would allow me to set up the forums to show the latest headlines from the main site. Would that be of interest to any of the users here? It would make it easier to know when new news had been posted on the site.

I knew that past champions had entry fee paid for life but thier name shouldn't appear on the list of players until they actually sign up. And what a great thing for Barry to do, when you think of how many past champs there are times $500 a piece. That's just one more reason the U.S. Open is the Greatest show on earth. I don't know about the broke, but I'd sure like the Ferrari that he drives around, if he still has it. He was one playin' sumbitch in his heyday and still is by proving it with a win in the first tournament he entered when he came out of retirement about a year ago.
The press release also includes the words "We expect a FULL Field of 256 Players!" even though there are less than 100 on the list right now. BUT, some of those 100 are on the list simply because they have won before. It seems a bit misleading to me to include the names of all the past winners on a player's list if you aren't fairly certain they'll be playing. What if I went to special effort to attend just to watch Mike Sigel play, and he's not playing and has no intention of playing. Seems just a little shady...

Hey BiG_JoN,
I have three other reasons for The Captain's long absence. One is named Spencer, the second Trevor and most importantly, Renee. Perhaps if you think Mike has become a "shortstop", a game between you two can be arranged. Be careful!

Mike won a tournment early this year .So he might feel he has a shot at winning .Ok that is dreaming in a big way . But he might have a good showing..BiG_JoN said:
