Mike Sigel Snaps his cue SHAFT! Angry much?

The commentary is hilarious.

-Did he break his stick?
-I don't know if he fell on it and the pressure of the weight broke it, or...
-It was accidental, it was accidental. I think his weight fell against the joint and he broke it.

lol, fell on it???

Sigel would interact with fans. He might complain about how he played a bad position or that he missed a shot.
Strickland is always looking for someone blame. If someone coughed and then he ran 20 balls and then missed a shot Strickland would blame that person. It is never his fault. Too many pockets, not the right sized pockets, the lights too bright, not enough light, balls are too round, he didn't like the numbers on the balls. Whatever, just not his fault.

Once a slug, always a slug.

He can't do commentary because he can go longer than 30 seconds without talking about himself.

Mike Sigel's temper and talkative attitude during play is worse than Earl Strickland.:(

They don't call him The Mouth for nothing, but worse than Strickland? He's not the cuddliest guy in pool, and that's no surprise considering he grew up around Irving Crane, but I've never seen him be anything but a gentleman with a fan or tournament opponent, albeit an occasionally grumpy or self-centered gentleman.

Sigel felt a lot of pressure that event. It was his comeback event after a long layoff. People hadn't seen him compete in many years and all eyes were on him.

I seem to remember him continually talking while Efren was at the table in that IPT King of the Hill match where Efren starched him. The first set in particular.

There are definitely worse, though.

I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to do that.
Never to my cue, of course. Only to my opponents when they were cleaning my clock. :)

I think Mike was tired and decided to use his pool cue to hold his weight. Yeah, that's it!:scratchhead:

Excellent, he is the guest player along with Johnny Archer this year at the Hangelar Open, it was earl last year, will compare and contrast :)

Excellent post. A gem ff you want to learn straight pool.
And yes it does show MS in a much better light - which is a lot more fair really than putting a microscope on one time he got upset because of a bad roll.
But then who said the internet or forums are fair.
And Ive seen Earl a hundred times worse on many occasions.

I've only cracked one cue when mad. Not the shaft, but a snakewood butt. It had a bumper too....but I guess snakewood isn't too forgiving...
