I've heard from Mike's family today. He has opened his eyes, and is nodding yes/no to basic questions at the hospital. If I hear anything more I will touch base as I can.

Thanks for the heads up Dave. And thanks to Joe for the update! There are no words for how much Mr. Webb has helped me over the years on my journey into cue making. He has given much of his time to this forum and is appreciated more than he will ever know.

Mike, get well soon and keep knocking out those excellent cues! My prayers and best wishes are with you and yours for a speedy recovery!

Chris, I posted this in the main forum yesterday.

"Touched base with Mike's Sister today. She said he is awake, and aware, but still on a ventilator. She said it's baby steps, but steps in the right direction."

Thanks for the update. Please keep us informed here in the Cuemakers forum anytime you hear news, because Mike has a lot of friends here that might not always visit the main forum. I know many are praying for him and hoping for a full recovery.
 
Touched base with Mike's Sister again today. He's been off of the ventilator since yesterday, and is scheduled for surgery this Tuesday, as long as things continue to progress.

Mike's Sister said he is having a good day today, and that he wants coffee...I can relate. Hopefully he'll continue to progress, and get through this bump on the road of life.

I touched base with Mike's Sister today. His surgery has been postponed until at least this coming Monday, while he continues to regain his strength. He is supposed to have his first real meal today, and begin some form of physical therapy. He was able to stand with some assistance, for the first time in two weeks. His family is aware of the love, support, and the GoFundMe campaign that is in place for Mike. They are very thankful to all of you.
