I was able to speak to Mike on the phone today. It was good to hear his voice. I wished him a successful outcome, and let him know that the AZB family is in his corner.

I just heard from Mike's Sister. The procedure went well. He's already been up walking, eating, etc. Hopefully a full/speedy recovery is in progress.

By everything logical, I should be gone.
The fluid in my lungs was ridiculous, A1-c of sugar at 600.
Still can't believe I was smart enough to go to the Hospital.
New valve on the heart. Having your chest cracked open is no joke.
Now to heal.

It will be a while before I get her back with my restrictions.

One of my sisters has her. She's more spoiled than ever. Right now, she could pull all my incisions apart. Very strong pup
