I just saw an auction for a very expensive pool table. The minimum bid is $44,000 and there is a buyer's premium of 30%. The table originally sells new for $69,000. So, why would someone buy a used table with a opening bid of $44,000 plus 30%, that's like $57,000 and you still have to ship it. I bet the new table at 69k comes with free shipping and a warranty.
Oh, well. Problems I dont have to worry about. The table might be related to Usher...yeah, that guy. Check it out:
Billards Toulet Pantheon 9" Billard Pool Table, 69,000 retail.
And, no, I am not interested, nor can I afford the table. I was watching this auction for the Dr. Seuss Taxidermy!
