I've always thought that this might be a game that would work on TV. Have about 30 different 9-ball patterns like Mississippi 9-Ball. The players either draw from about 30 templates or the MC of the show draws one template for all the players to try and run out. Each player would get 3 tries. Any miss or foul is a turn. You get 3 points for running it out in 1 try, 2 points for 2 tries, and 1 point for 3 tries.
Either all players get the same layout or each player draws a different one...I?m not sure which would work best...probably all the same one. Johnnyt
