Don't they both use a few different pin types?

If the Pechauer does not have their old standard 5/16x14 pin it will not. The newer Pechauers have a quick release 5/16x14 that a Schon shaft will not fit. I am a dealer for both if I can help with anything else. THx, Tom

Even if the Pechauer pin is 5/16-14, the brass nubbin on the Schon shaft is too big.
Not a major project to take it down a little, but not exactly mix & match either.
The 5/16-14 Pechauer shaft might fit the Schon, but why.
