LOL. I agree, but I know what he's saying. Sometimes I read a thread that interests me about this or that player, or something that happened, and then I see that the thread is 12 years old! D'OH!

I get your point, but I wouldn't do that. The reason is there are some old equipment threads, mainly cues, that a lot of afficionados like to go back to. Years ago, I did a Historical Cue Thread, that got a lot of good posts. There are also threads on Show Your Palmer Cues, and Show Your Joss Cues. There may be some others as well.

Cue collectors do like to visit those old threads, even if they don't post to extend them. There are probably others.

Yes please, It gets old to scroll past them all over and over and over when entering the main forum.

Nobody wants to wade through a dozen stickies every time they open the site. It's worse on mobile.
